Indigo Brainspotting

Trauma Processing & Nervous System Wellness

You can understand what happened and still feel like something is stuck.

Sometimes talking about an experience isn't enough.

Through a trauma-informed, body-aware approach, Indigo Brainspotting offers wellness sessions designed to help you slow down, notice what your nervous system is communicating, and explore experiences that may feel difficult to move through.

When Something Still Feels Stuck

You don't have to know exactly why you're feeling stuck before you begin.

You may understand your patterns intellectually but still struggle to feel different. You may notice stress, emotional activation, disconnection, or a sense that something inside you hasn't quite caught up with what you already understand.

What Is Brainspotting?

A different way of paying attention to what you're experiencing.

Brainspotting is a focused, body-oriented approach that uses visual attention, mindfulness, and awareness of internal experience. Rather than requiring you to explain every detail of an experience, it creates space to slow down, notice what is happening internally, and remain curious about what you are experiencing.

At Indigo Brainspotting, Brainspotting is offered as a wellness and coaching service — not psychotherapy.

Learn How Brainspotting Works

Visual attention

A focused point of gaze that connects to your internal experience.

Mindfulness

Slowing down and noticing what is happening inside, without forcing.

Body awareness

Staying curious about what your nervous system is communicating.

Your body may know more than your words can explain.

Brainspotting sessions provide a structured space to notice what you're feeling, what your body is communicating, what feels unresolved, and what you may be ready to explore.

Jessica Glynn, LMFT-A

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate | Brainspotting Practitioner

My clinical background is in marriage and family therapy, but Indigo Brainspotting was created from a desire to offer another kind of space — one centered around awareness, processing, mindfulness, and the connection between our experiences and our bodies.

I am trained in Brainspotting and incorporate a trauma-informed perspective into my wellness work. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and collaborative.

You don't have to arrive with everything figured out. You simply have to be willing to slow down and notice what is already there.
